Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

Orders placed with Mike's Fitness Equipment will be shipped within one business day from the date of the order.

Return Policies 

Products may be returned up to 10 business days after the item has been shipped for an exchange or refund. They must be in the packaging they were received in and in the condition they were received. All items returned, other than due to defect, will be charged a 25% restocking and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred in both directions. Please do not return anything without contacting us first. sales@mikesfitnessequipment.com

Shipping arrangements and payment for returns (excluding products shipped in error, or arrived damaged / defective) are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number or proof of shipping receipt, as we will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Mike's Fitness Equipment deducted from the refund.

Returned products must be received by Mike's Fitness Equipment in the original packaging and in brand new condition, just as it was shipped to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned with post delivery damage or if all the contents of the product are not returned.

Credit will be applied to the original payment method or by company check at the discretion of Mike's Fitness Equipment, less applicable shipping / handling and restocking fees, within 10 business days after receipt of the return.

If an item shipped for free the credit returned to the customer will be less the actual shipping cost of the item.
