The Fully Loaded Vander USA Competition M14 is the most versatile Functional Trainer in the whole fitness market. Competition approved, and 3" x 3" 11 Guage Indestructible Steel Construction.
Function 1: Half Rack - This feature can be used for several different workouts including free squats, bench press, military press and more. The adjustable attachments can be positioned aligned with your desired workout.
Function 2: Functional Trainer - This feature includes FOUR separate adjustable cables and pulleys that swivel allowing endless possibilities to your workouts. Each cable is attached to a 300lb iron weight stack with both 1:1 and 2:1 Pulley ratios!
The top pulleys are positioned specifically for workouts that require full extensions such as Lat Pulldowns and offer a 1:1 pulley ratio allowing heavy lifts. The lower pulleys are fully adjustable from top to bottom with a 2:1 ratio for smaller increments.
