VFORCE VARIABLE FORCE SYSTEM
The ultra-fast resistance switching design enables rapid transitions between 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios, delivering up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 and 100 lb at 2:1 from a 200 lb weight stack.
VFORCE PIVOT ARM
With 6 vertical adjustment levels from -36° to 54° and 9 horizontal settings from -90° to 90°, the swing arm supports precise positioning across the full training plane to align the resistance path with each movement.
SMITH BAR ADJUSTMENT
The Smith bar adjusts between a 0° vertical path and a 7° forward-angled path that provides a more ergonomic movement pattern for squats, presses, and other compound exercises. A clearly marked locking knob allows for secure position changes. The bar must be fully lowered before changing positions.
CABLE ADAPTER
Two training modes allow the cable adapter to combine both cables for total 400 lb of resistance in bilateral pulls and presses, or connect to a single cable for unilateral exercises with fast transitions and no hardware changes required.
7-POSITION ADJUSTABLE FOOTPLATE
Seven adjustable positions and a hand-turn knob provide quick tool-free angle changes while creating a secure foot position for stronger alignment and more consistent force throughout each movement.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL HANDLES
The angled handles provide two grip widths of 475 mm and 1,025 mm for narrow or wide training positions. The tool-free mounting system and high-strength steel construction create a secure flush fit with minimal movement under load.
PEGBOARD
Ten hooks and a full-width tray mount directly to the frame to keep cable attachments and handles organized within reach and off the floor. The complete storage system is included with the machine and requires no additional upgrades or accessory bundles.
